"War of the Planets Cards" is a free online knowledge level game, to learn 42 planets from the the Solar system by their size. It is a remake of the classical war cards, but with planets. Draw a card and the planet with the bigger radius wins. A small Astronomy Class game for desktop computers, laptops and tablets, which may be played in the web browser. How to play War of the Planets Cards.

The game is a remake of a standard war cards, where two players divide the card deck equally. Every player draw a card from the top of his deck, and the card with the bigger value wins, then the winner gets the two cards. If the two players draw the same card, then "war" is declared and every player draws 3 more cards where the value of the last card defines the winner and he/she gets all the cards. The game is played while one player is left with no cards. To draw a card click on your deck, or press "d" key. To stop the game phase and examine the cards press "s" and to continue press "s" again.

Know 5 planets, that are bigger than Mars and +1 Knowledge Level.

As we can hardly grasp all the space bodies discovered in the Solar System as for 2018, there are 42 notable planets and moons with different sizes. For example, there are at least 5 moons, which are bigger than Pluto planet. And some sattelites, like those of Mars are as big as 5 kilometers in radius. The information about the planet is collected from Wikipedia as it appears on September 08 2018.
