Salads are fresh and light foods. It is not common, but salads can be the main dish. It is common for me for dinner to have just one of these 5 salads and some bread. May be I do not think that much if I'm full or not, because my brain is always busy thinking the codes of the next clumsy puzzle, but I have never been more than 65 kg in weight.
Sunflower Oil + Tomatoes + Cheese: May be the most common salad (in my neighborhood). I can make it for less than 5 minutes, classifying it as fast preparation.
Sunflower Oil + Cucumber + Dill: Another common salad that is easy and fast to make.
Sunflower Oil + Boiled Potatoes + Onion: This salad needs a little more time to make, while the potatoes are boiled.
Sunflower Oil + Radish + Lettuce: This salad I classify as medium time preparation, 7 minutes for unprofessional cook like me. It may not have the food value of previous salads but add to the variety..
